Joey Taylor will return to the #33 Ben Smith Racing Chevrolet for the 2017-2018 season, starting with the Daytona 500. Taylor will run a limited schedule for the team, and while many of the races have yet to be determined, he has been confirmed to drive the car for the Daytona 500 and again at Rimouski Superspeedway in November.
Ben Smith Racing will also continue it’s partnership with Circle Sport, fielding the car and crew for the #33 when Joey Taylor is behind the wheel, while Circle Sport will provide the crew in races they field the car in.
Cheerios and Kroger will be the sponsor for the car at Daytona, and Yuengling will be the sponsor at Rimouski.
Todd Parrott will be the crew chief for Taylor in the races he runs.
No word from Circle Sport on who their crew chief will be, nor who their driver(s) will be for the 2017-2018 season.
